Investors in People Awards finalists
SP Electricity North West has been shortlisted for the Best Apprenticeship Programme Award at the Investors in People Awards.
Investors in People is a globally recognised standard for people management and workplace development. The Best Apprenticeship Programme Award recognises organisations that provide outstanding apprenticeship experiences through structured learning, mentorship, career development opportunities and valuable hands-on experience.
The shortlisting follows SP Electricity North West receiving a Gold accreditation for its apprenticeship programme earlier this year, recognising its commitment to developing the next generation of talented engineers, technicians and business professionals.
The organisation's apprenticeship programme plays a vital role in building the skills needed to deliver a resilient, reliable and future-ready electricity network for the North West, while creating rewarding career opportunities for local people.
