eHeat Networks
eHeat Networks Ltd is committed to the large-scale decarbonisation of domestic and commercial buildings to support the transition to net zero. Our aim is to establish shared ground arrays to enable the lowest possible cost to customers to heat their homes.

To incentivize the mass rollout of ground source heat pumps, we are providing funding to support the reduction in the capital costs associated with the installation of ambient temperature geothermal ground arrays.
Investing in shared ground networks enables the mass deployment of ground source heat pumps. Shared networks gives customers cost effective access to ground heat, improving their year-round energy efficiency and reducing their bills.

Frequently asked questions
The decarbonisation of heat is needed to support reaching the target of Net Zero by 2050 with 22 Million homes required to be decarbonised - no direct emissions heating systems to be installed in new builds from 2024.
Each property would own their individual heat pump for heating and hot water and be responsible for their electricity. Each household would be charged a nominal fee + CPI (in line in cost with a TV license, providing a low cost regulated price mechanism).
Shared networks give customers cost effective access to ground heat, improving their year-round energy efficiency and reducing their bills.
eHeat Networks will finance, construct, own, operate and maintain the shared ground array assets for their lifetime, providing a guaranteed level of service from a respected company in the energy industry.
