“I joined the Connected Women steering group after returning to work following the birth of my daughter and attending the CW annual event. I was inspired by everything the network had achieved, and wanted to play my part in making ScottishPower a better, place to work for everyone – and especially the women of our future like my little girl! The network brings together a vibrant and varied group of women and shows what we can do when we use our voices together. The most valuable thing about CW is that it gives women a safe place to share their experiences – the highs, lows, challenges and successes – and use those experiences to make positive change.”
