IN-FUSE was created by a group of employees in ScottishPower to represent LGBT+ colleagues and allies alike. We now hold regular awareness events, represent ScottishPower at Pride events across the UK and contribute to policy changes that promote inclusion for all, and that also supports a change in culture to create more conversation around diversity and inclusion.

“I joined IN–FUSE at its inception as I saw it could be an effective way to make a meaningful difference in the workplace. Our main objective is to inspire and support all our employees to feel they can be their true and authentic selves at work.
