If you are a retail customer with a smart prepayment meter - Make sure you top up in advance as you’ll be unable to top up at this time. With our friendly credit hours your energy supply won’t turn off between 6pm on Saturday and 11am Monday. Remember to top up before 11 am on Monday, to pay back any energy used during this friendly credit hours period and to ensure you stay on supply.
