The employee networks give us so much insight that we just would not have when it comes to opportunities to make our organization more inclusive and accessible.
Infuse is a really important network at Scottish Power. We were the first LGBTQ plus network across the whole group and our ethos is really just to bring people together to support each other to lifteach other up.
Within Vibe, we have created a safe and confidential environment
to create awareness for inclusion in the business.
I think it's really good and really important because it brings people from all different communities together.
Spark was set up to be that voice for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. So, we're trying to raise awareness for the topics in Scottish Power and just to ensure that we've got an inclusive place for everyone, all disabilities, all shapes and sizes.
The mission for connected women is to unleash the potential of women driving positive change such as policy changes.
What we wanted to create through ICAN was a diverse community of climate literate and climate engaged staff members who could raise awareness of climate issues.
It's really important that caring doesn't just happen in the background.
The purpose of space is really to advocate for parents and carers who work within Scottish Power, helping them apply for flexible working or just understanding what is available to them.
Future connections means expanding your network, thinking outside your your team.
We're really driving the talent in Scottish Power. Our members are future leaders of the business.
People that wanted to learn more, to develop, and to grow.
