Suppliers Contact Us Page

At ScottishPower, we understand the importance of talking with our customers and suppliers, so we’re always happy to hear from you.

If you have a question about anything you’ve seen on the Suppliers web pages or the process in general, please email the Corporate Procurement Process Manager at

Existing Suppliers

If you are an existing supplier to ScottishPower and are having technical difficulties using our SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) tendering system, we’re very sorry. But our Suppliers Helpdesk will be happy to help. Please call 02392 638 018 and tell them you are a supplier to ScottishPower and require assistance with the SAP-SRM. To help us give you a quick response, please have your supplier name, SAP-SRM user name, tender number and a brief description of the problem ready. Any tender-specific queries should be directed to your ScottishPower Procurement contact.

New Suppliers

As part of our commitment to the future of power, we’re always happy to hear from new suppliers. Our external supplier database is designed specifically for this and applying to join should be the quickest, smoothest way for you to make contact. The database is managed by a company called Achilles. They ensure that once your company and its products are registered on the database, anyone in ScottishPower or other utilities companies looking for your product or service will be able to consider your company in any potential tender for business. We do stick to this system and cannot respond to any individual emails about products or services. We look forward to hearing from you and together making a world of difference.

If you need to contact Achilles, please use the following details:

Tel: +44 (0)1235 820813

If you are a ScottishPower customer, please note that this page is for suppliers only and we don’t respond to customer enquiries here. Instead, you can contact us for information and links to help resolve your customer-based query as quickly as possible.
