Engineering
Engineers will responsible for defining and implementing robust and cost effective engineering strategies and plans, tendering, negotiating and managing £multi-million offshore supply, installation and maintenance contracts, planning and implementing delivery sites and logistics, leading delivery phase including management of multiple offshore contractors and associated interfaces, defining company and business engineering standards and technical acceptance criteria, and ensuring quality, best practices and excellent H&SE performance are applied.
Roles include: Civils Management, Design, Value Engineering, Mechanical and Structural engineering, Metocean.
Contract Managers
Contracts Managers are responsible for leading a contracting area within a specific project for the offshore wind farm projects, establishing a team of experts to define contracting strategies and plans, tendering, negotiating and managing multimillion offshore delivery contracts.
Construction
Construction Managers are responsible for the development, control, delivery and installation of offshore windfarm projects. Responsible for project strategy, development, control and delivery in line with offshore standards, specification, budget, timescales and Health & Safety requirements.
Roles include: Turbine Commissioning, Installation and Logistics.

Health and Safety Managers
Health and Safety Managers are responsible for managing the Health and Safety of all personnel working on sites, including the management of contractor HSE performance. Safeguarding the environment and ensuring compliance with consent requirements. Defining and ensuring compliance with the site HSE requirements, statutory legislation, company policy and industry best practice.
Quality Managers
Quality Managers are responsible for ensuring the Quality Control and Quality Assurance of Contractors, by auditing, reviewing and approving Quality and Inspection Test Plans.
Resource Managers
Resource Managers are responsible for supporting the implementation of robust and cost effective resourcing strategies and plans, tendering, negotiating and managing £multi-million offshore resource contracts, and ensuring quality, best practices and excellent H&SE performance are applied. The Resource Manager will be managing activities and decisions across the offshore project portfolio.
Operations and Maintenance
Responsible for the overall site operations and maintenance strategy, ensuring that this is achieved safely, efficiently and in compliance with relevant statutory/legislative requirements and Company policies/procedures during Pre and Operational phases.
Roles include: Engineers, Commercial Managers, Senior Authorised Persons.
In addition we have Operations and Maintenance roles located specifically in Lowestoft for our East Anglia projects.
Roles include: Senior Authorised Persons, Plant Technicians, Site Control Room, Stores Controller, Administrators.
