What IF there was a programme for you?
We're helping to shape the future of energy and we’re looking for people who want to make a real difference.
At ScottishPower, accelerating net zero is at the heart of everything we do. What IF you could be part of that? Whether you see yourself as a future engineer, technical expert or business leader, the diversity within our graduate programmes means that there could be a role for you. With a focus on your personal development, our programmes are designed to provide you with broad, real-world experiences that will set you up well to achieve your career aspirations.
We’re invested in you and your development, so you’ll receive on-the-job learning supported by technical and behavioural training, as well as cohort events. You’ll always be learning and expanding your knowledge, so you’ll enjoy the challenge that each day brings. And with a great support network around you at every step of your journey, you’ll continue to grow and develop throughout your career.
Some of our roles will give you the unique opportunity to undertake a placement in one of our international locations. As part of Iberdrola, we’re one of the world’s largest integrated utility companies and a world leader in wind energy. With offices and projects throughout Europe, who knows where your career could take you! What better way to kick start your career in clean energy than gaining experiences and building networks of colleagues from around the world?
For all our programmes, we’d like you to have an honours degree at 2:2 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
