The LOOP is our annual employee engagement survey – it gives all employees the chance to share their views about working for ScottishPower on a range of topics such as leadership, health & safety and personal development.
Willis Towers Watson supports us with our engagement survey, and provides our managers with support to take effective action in response to their employees’ feedback.
In 2017, 75% of our employees took the time to tell us what they think about working here and our sustainable engagement score rose from the previous year to 79%.
Our leaders and managers value the feedback from employees and actively use this to drive changes across all our businesses.
