Where will you be working?
Within ScottishPower’s IT function, we are looking for new skillsets to help us deliver improved services and innovative technical solutions to the ScottishPower Businesses whilst working in partnership with Global IT. We are looking for individuals who will thrive in our open, collaborative and inclusive working environment and who are keen to join our growing team.
What will you be doing?
Our IT graduate programme provides an opportunity to work in this dynamic, exciting and challenging industry. We are a highly-skilled and agile team and our graduate programme aims to give you insights into different IT-related job roles to develop your skills and knowledge. You’ll be able to choose your placements based on your interests, learning about fundamental IT areas like Infrastructure, Network, Architecture or Security, and understanding how our business-facing teams manage and deliver projects. You’ll also have the chance to join our new Digital Hub to work with technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Data Analytics, and the Internet of Things, applied to real world applications enabling ScottishPower’s vision of a Better Future, Quicker.
The programme will give you a great understanding of the IT function as well as the Utilities sector. You’ll gain essential and valuable skills and experience which will enable you to excel in our global company. Our world is changing quickly, and we need the brightest and the best to drive our business through this electricity revolution into the decades to come.
