Application Process

Ready to apply? Here’s what you need to know.

Application Form
Once you’ve found the right programme for you, hit the ‘Apply Now’ button and that will take you through to the online application form. Here you’ll tell us a bit about you and your degree qualification. It shouldn’t take too long, and you can save and come back to it if you need to.

Video Interview & Game-Based Assessments
As long as you meet the minimum criteria for the programme, you’ll progress through to our online assessment stage. It’ll start with a video interview which will include a series of competency questions. Don’t worry though, when you’re invited, you’ll receive everything you need to know as well as some handy hints and tips. It’ll then lead into some game-based assessments, all of which have been designed to assess the key skills you’ll need to be successful on our programmes.

Shortlisting
After you’ve completed the online assessment, you can sit back and relax for a while! Our application window is open for a couple of months so if you apply early, you won’t hear anything straight away. But don’t panic, we’ll be busy reviewing applications and getting to know a bit more about you so we can select which candidates will be invited to assessment centre.

Assessment Centre
You could be invited straight to assessment centre, or you may even find yourself as one of our assessment centre reserves where you’ve narrowly missed out on an invitation. We can get a large number of applications for some programmes, so unfortunately we won’t be able to invite all great candidates through to assessment centre. You can expect to complete an interview and presentation exercise, and maybe even a group exercise too - we’ll share all the details you’ll need at the time so you can prepare. Either way, we’ll get to know more about you, and vice versa!

Best of luck, we look forward to hearing from you!
