Do you have relevant or transferrable experience?

SP Renewables Onshore Development Project Management ApprenticeshipTrainee Site Manager ProgrammeAdult Craft Trainee Programme
Blend academic and work-based learning to kick start your career in project management.Develop your career in construction within the transmission section.This fast track programme builds on your existing skills from other industries combining technical, academic and on the job training.
You’ll need work experience within a development, environmental or project management workplace (site or office-based).

OR either:
  • 2 Highers
  • 2 A Levels
Grades A-C including Maths

OR Craft Apprenticeship qualification
You’ll need:
  • Experience in the transmission sector at a supervisory level
  • Experience of working on major projects
OR
  • Electrical, civil, construction management degree (or similar)
You’ll need experience working within an engineering environment (or similar) where health and safety is paramount.
