ScottishPower has launched its latest Returner Programme aimed at people who’ve taken a 12 month - or more - career break. Now in its seventh year, the scheme aims to help candidates refresh their skills, rebuild confidence, and smoothly transition back into a dynamic work environment.

Tailored support is offered throughout this one-year paid placement to help re-launch careers. From flexible working arrangements to expert mentoring sessions, people can benefit from a range of resources while navigating their return.
A variety of opportunities are available across several departments, for candidates qualified in or with relevant work experience of: Cyber Security, Data Science, Data Analysis, Digital, Electrical, Power or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental, HR, Hydrogen, IT, Marketing, Project Management, Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Ecology.
