We are coming to the end of the first phase which has involved extensive information gathering and analysis, and we look forward to engaging with the CMA over the coming weeks to discuss their emerging findings.
“We are supportive of competition and believe we are well placed to benefit from proportionate measures that improve competition. We will carefully study what the CMA has said and the content of the working papers and then respond. The nature of the process is one of consideration, analysis and reflection. We wish to respond in the same way.”
