Programme Overview
Our Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to rotate across different operational sites and teams, giving you hands-on experience in everything from network planning and asset management to fault response and customer service.
Training is primarily office or site-based, but as you progress, you’ll enjoy increasing flexibility and responsibility as you move beyond the programme and into your engineering career.
Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported every step of the way, gaining the practical experience and professional development needed to thrive in the energy sector.

Minimum Criteria
Honours Degree (or equivalent) at a minimum of 2:2 in Project Management, Civil, Business & Project Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role. If you are currently unable to obtain one, we’re happy to explore alternative arrangements to support you. Please note that a full UK driving licence must be in place by September 2026.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects
- Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, commercial teams, suppliers, and local communities
- Monitor progress reports and financial records
- Explore solutions that reduce carbon emissions
