About You

If you’re considering applying onto the ScottishPower Apprenticeship Programme, you should be ambitious and flexible, with the ability to work at heights and within confined spaces.

When it comes to who we are looking for, you will also need at least three of the following:

  • Mathematics must be at standard grade credit level (1 or 2), Intermediate 2 or a National 5, GCSE (A-C) an equivalent qualification may be considered, however, this must be in line with SQA level 5 in Scotland and level 2 in England and Wales of the educational frameworks.
     
  • English must be at minimum of standard grade general level (3), Intermediate 1 or a National 4, GCSE (A-C) an equivalent qualification may be considered, however, this must be in line with SQA level 4 in Scotland and level 2 in England and Wales of the educational frameworks.
     
  • Science must be at standard grade credit level (1 or 2), Intermediate 2 or a National 5, GCSE (A-C) an equivalent qualification may be considered, however, this must be in line with SQA level 5 in Scotland and level 2 in England and Wales of the educational frameworks.

You’ll also need to be a highly-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You should also be a good problem solver and confident decision maker.
