ScottishPower Launches New Online Fixed Price Energy April 2014 Product

02/10/2012

ScottishPower is launching a new fixed price energy tariff on Wednesday 3rd October 2012, continuing its commitment to allow customers to protect their energy prices for the next two winters. The Online Fixed Price Energy April 2014† tariff will have an average annual bill value of £1140*.

The new tariff replaces the Online Fixed Price Energy March 2014 product which recently became fully subscribed. Again, the new tariff has no cancellation charges, allowing customers more flexibility and choice in managing their energy account. Further details are available by calling 0800 027 0404 or by visiting www.scottishpower.co.uk.

Neil Clitheroe, ScottishPower Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Retail and Generation said: “In recent months there has been a significant demand for our fixed price products. Customers continue to tell us that they value the peace of mind that a fixed price product can offer. We recently outlined a number of winter commitments for our customers, including the offer of a tariff that fixes prices for two winters, so this new product continues our commitment.

“Once again the product has no cancellation charges, so customers will always have the flexibility to choose the deal that is best for their circumstances.”
