Our vision for Energy Networks is to become the UK’s leading network operator, aiming for operational excellence. To achieve this we plan to improve customer service and will be investing £1.7bn from March 2006 and 2010 to increase the security of supply, deliver an improved network performance and make it easier to connect renewables.
