ScottishPower today announced the following changes to its Non-Executive Directors:

Keith McKennon (Deputy Chairman) and John Parnaby will retire at the AGM in July 2001, as they complete their terms of office.

Euan Baird (Chairman and CEO, Schlumberger) and Allan Leighton (ex President and CEO, WalMart Europe) will join the Board in January 2001.
