Scottish Power plc today announces that Robert Miller has resigned as a Non-executive Director from its Board with immediate effect.

Mr Miller joined the ScottishPower Board in November 1999 having previously been a Non-executive Director of the ScottishPower subsidiary PacifiCorp. He took the decision to resign due to pressure of other commitments.
