Sheila is responsible for Human Resources & Shared Services, including HR Management, Employee Relations, Reward, Pensions, Training & Development, Fleet, Facilities, Health & Safety and Security.

Prior to joining ScottishPower, Sheila has held various roles in Scottish Amicable - Prudential Group and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Sheila is married and in her spare time enjoys running, hill walking and high altitude trekking, having completed expeditions to the summit of Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp and more recently the Mera glacier in Nepal.

Sheila holds a Master of Arts (Hons.) degree in French & German from the University of Glasgow and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She holds a Non-Executive Director position on the Board of the Scottish Huntingdon Association.
