The Group Finance Committee allows for more detailed scrutiny of financing issues than would be possible within the confines of regular Board meetings. The role of the Committee is described more fully in its Terms of Reference.
When ScottishPower was delisted from the London Stock Exchange on 19th April 2007, the members of the Committee were:
